This project involved a complete renovation and modernisation of an existing 1970s building.

Works were as follows:

Removal of existing structures
Installation of temporary works propping along with engineered structural support beams
Extensions
New roof
Electrical: New 3 Phase supply along with rewire & smart tech
Plumbing: UFH (Underfloor Heating) ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) HRVS (Heat Recovery Ventilation System)
Solar
Aluminium windows including bi-fold and sliding doors
Internal and external refurbishment

This was a complex job with a high amount of specification being added to the new framework of the building.

All works were aided by having such great clients with regard to their approach to works, requirements and communication which made the project a joy to work on for all involved.
