3-Floor Structural House Refurbishment, Dawlish
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a townhouse in Dawlish.
The project was complicated in its nature due to the existing building being a mixture of cob, cobble walls and sand, with most of the internal timber supporting elements beyond repair.
Works involved temporary support over 3 floors and the installation of steel posts and beams to support the removal of main walls, chimneys and floors. Also the complete renewal of electrics, heating system and installation of a main bathroom and ensuite.
