I work in and around the building trade and I can not recommend them highly enough as a really good building firm. Whilst they were building our extension we had no complaints at all – their staff were friendly, professional, clean and tidy. They were very conscientious about their standards and in ensuring we were happy when they left in the evenings. On completion of the job my wife and I were really happy that we had chosen them.

They have completed all the works I have requested, plus additional extensive outside work, roofing repairs and installing patio doors. They have done a splendid job & we are very happy with finished work. They were also very friendly, conscientious, respectful and trustworthy. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Chay and the team built a major extension on our 70’s bungalow providing a modern kitchen/diner, utility, study and second bathroom. The work was carried out in a professional way with all the trades involved doing a first class job. The job was carried out over a number of months during which time the builders kept the site clean and tidy. Staff were always helpful and provided ideas to enhance the finished product. They have provided us with beautiful home extension and we would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Chay and his team undertook a total upgrade of our 1960s bungalow including a large extension and kitchen extension. Chay and his team from Garrett Building & Maintenance did an amazing job converting the garage attached to my house into a bedroom and wet room with disability features. He provided a clear and competitive quote and was honest about when work could commence (he was in fact able to start a bit sooner than he estimated due to good weather).
One of the things that was particularly good was his status updates I always knew what was going on who would be working on the house and what they would be up to. He also had great attention to detail sorting out issues that cropped up and making sure the work was completed as soon as possible.

Chay Garrett and his team of builders completed extensive work creating a beautiful new kitchen diner knocking through the existing dividing wall.  They were professional and kept disruption to a minimum at all stages of work, leaving the space clean and tidy at the end of each day.
