Recently completed works to extend and refurbish a dilapidated 1970’s bungalow in Dawlish, Devon.

Works involved new tiled roof with 2 small extensions over a veranda with totally new interior inclusive of new bathroom/ensuite/fitted kitchen re-wire and new central heating system with cylinder.

Externally the house was rendered with new patios along with a 180m2 resin bonded driveway to the front. Works made increasingly difficult during the COVID 19 lockdown period but our client was exceptionally happy with our completed works.
